VIP Days are great for professors and researchers who want a stronger online presence but don’t have a lot of time.
Your VIP Day can be fully done-for-you. Or, we can customize a done-with-you day where you and I are meeting live 1:1 on Zoom. That differs depending on your needs, but a choose your own adventure style VIP Day is typically about 3hrs of live consultation and training based on your schedule.
What is included with your VIP Day?
- A Planning Meeting with Jennifer on Zoom where we talk about your goals and customize the day based on your needs
- Your VIP Day where 100% of Jennifer’s focus is on you and your online presence
- A follow-up consultation or Review and Training Meeting scheduled at your convenience when your VIP Day is done
Some academics prefer to pay out-of-pocket. Professors have also used start-up funds, professional development funds, research funds, etc. for our work together.

$2250 USD, for research labs and groups, for your Online Presence VIP Day, a day for your team personalized to your needs. Often includes live workshop and choose-your-own-adventure style activities
$2500 USD for your new Website VIP Day with Jennifer, $1900 for existing websites and continuing clients

VIP Days have also been customized to bring together an expert team to support your unique needs. Team VIP Days start at $2900.
VIP DAY WEBSITES
For faculty whose personal website needs a higher level of customization (and for most research lab websites). While we can do 2 VIP Days for your website project, my Team VIP Day Service is often a better fit. Your team includes Jennifer leading the project + 1 website designer + 1 writer/researcher. Together, we’ll get even more done for you in just 1 day. Most faculty aren’t sure what’s the best fit for them. Let’s meet on that no pressure Zoom call to talk about your needs.
